I walked over to the shop from the Factory where my vehicle was parked because it was having random electrical issues—windshield wipers turning on, dashboard lights flashing, doors not locking/unlocking, etc.—and I had no way to disconnect the battery to stop it. As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredibly courteous. I asked if someone could help me disconnect the battery to see if that would solve the issue, and the front desk team member didn’t hesitate. He checked with the back, got immediate approval, and came to help. I know it wasn’t a typical request, and they easily could have told me to call a tow company. Instead, they went out of their way to help. I truly appreciate it, and they’ve earned a new customer going forward.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on OUR parts and labor.

What kind of cars do you work on?

We work on all European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note there's a 3% processing fee for credit card payments (debit cards are exempt).

Do you work with my Extended Warranty plan?

We work with almost all warranty companies. Just give us a call to confirm if we accept your specific plan.
